Princess Margaret School, Taunton, Somerset

Barnardo's Princess Margaret School, a home for children with physical disabilities, was officially opened by HRH Princess Margaret on 29th July 1966 at 53 Middleway, Taunton. It provided both residential facilities and a day school initially for fifty children, some of whom from came the Bruce Porter Home at Folkestone.

The school closed in 1996. The property no longer exists and modern housing now occupies the site.
