Winnipeg Babies' Home, Manitoba, Canada

The Winnipeg Babies' Home was established by the Waifs and Strays Society in around 1909. It accommodated boys and girls aged from birth to the age of five years. Little appears to be recorded about the home. Its existence clearly goes the Society's formal policy that children under 6 should not be emigrated.

The home was closed in 1911.
