Ploverfield, Bursledon, Hampshire

On 11th November, 1944, a property known as Ploverfield, at Long Lane, Bursledon, was formally certified for use as an Approved School for Girls.

On 30th September, 1951, the School's managers announced their intention to resign their certificate and close the establishment.

The property is now in private residential use.
