The Old Vicarage, Coggeshall, Essex

In October 1939, the Old Vicarage on West Street, Coggeshall, was opened as a Barnardo's home. It originally took only girls but became a mixed home for the under-sevens in 1948. The home was closed at the beginning of 1951 and the property is now a private residence.
