The Lawns, Kempsey, Worcester, Worcestershire

Opened in 1940 on Worcester Road, Kempsey near Worcester, The Lawns was one of Barnardo's many wartime evacuation homes. The Lawns particularly catered for sets of children who were brothers and sisters.

The home closed in 1946. The property was later used as a hotel but is now a nursing home.
