St Saviour's Home for Girls, Ware, Hertfordshire

The St Saviour's Home for Girls, at Youngsbury, near Ware, was established by the Waifs and Strays Society in 1940 for the wartime evacuation of the St Saviour's Home for Girls at Harrow. The Harrow home had previously been evacuated to the Weedon in Northamptonshire. The Ware establishment appears to have also accommodated boys.

The home is assumed to have closed in 1945 when the Harrow home re-opened.
